The Real Inspector Hound by Tom Stoppard
Between Mouthfuls and Gosforth's Fête by Alan Ayckbourn

The Real Inspector Hound by Tom Stoppard
An example of absurdism, face, parody and satire of the theatre critics of its day, 1968, as well as amateurish theatre productions!  The plot follows two drama critics, Moon and Birdboot, who arrive to watch the premiere of a new murder mystery play and find themselves caught up in the action.

Between Mouthfuls by Alan Ayckbourn
In a restaurant an all hearing and seeing waitress is serving dinner to businessman Donald Pearce and his wife Emma and to another couple, Polly and Martin.  But the two couples are linked in a way that gradually becomes clear.

Gosforth's Fête by Alan Ayckbourn
Publican Mr Gosforth is running the local village fete to raise funds for a new village hall. But unexpected revelations and bad weather cause complete hysterical farcical disaster.

"I'm not in the slightest bit interested in your work and you don't give a damn what I'm up to. There we are. We haven't one thing in common"
